Pollard’s timeless single, “Love Letter” (2022) was produced by collaborator and friend, Bart Mckay (Brett Kissel, Jess Moskaluke). Written by award-winning songwriters Emily Weisband (Halsey, Camilla Cabello, Lauren Alaina), Laura Veltz (Demi Lovato, Maren Morris, Dan + Shay), Madison Font and Taylor Kerr (make up the duo Maddie & Tae), “Love Letter” is a song about infatuation and love in the most innocent and simplest of ways. The music video that accompanies the single was directed/ produced by Joel Stewart (Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, Dallas Smith) and Sean Smith (The Road Hammers, Alan Doyle, The Hunter Brothers). “Love Letter” is the third single off of Pollard’s first full length album.

Her debut EP, "Good On Me" (2019) hit #6 on the iTunes Country chart. The single of the same name also had significant charting success on the Trax radio onthe  Country radio chart. Her second single from her EP, “Back to Us” (2020) was dubbed the first Stingray Radio Trending Track, generating thousands plays on radio stations throughout the Stingray network. That same year, she also won the Saskatchewan Country Music Association (SCMA) Emerging Artist of the Year Award.

On top of that win, over the last three years Pollard has accumulated seven SCMA nominations that included Female Artist of year, Album of the Year and Fans Choice. Pollard has also been nominated twice as SaskMusic Country Artist of the Year. She has been recognized across the country, and was the only Western Canadian selected as a wildcard/finalist in the Boots and Hearts Emerging Artist showcase in 2021.

“Performing is my first love,” says Pollard. “I forget the rest of the world when I’m on stage.” Since 2017, she’s continued to grow her name across the midwest and has taken the opportunity to hit stages with Brett Kissell, Brad Johner, Gord Bamford, Hunter Brothers, Victoria Banks, Donny Parenteau, High Valley and Jay Semko. In 2021 and 2022, Pollard was grateful to perform as a headliner at the SCMA Awards virtually.   She performed on the Big Valley Jamboree (BVJ) Stage with Jason McCoy and Clayton Bellamy at the BVJ Songwriters Showcase.   Pollard is known to have an extraordinary natural exuberance, a lovable quirky personality and has been compared to artists like Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris and Taylor Swift.

Jordyn Pollard is a strong vocalist, stage performer, and songwriter who  casts a charm on her audience as they relate to her and her lyrics. Jordyn Pollard’s music offers everything including  levity,  strong hooks, homegrown stories with realistic themes, and hope.  Jordyn Pollard  brings a fresh female country sound  that we love with catchy hooks and sharp vocals to match and is one to watch as she garners the appropriate recognition for her obvious talents.
