COUNTRY ARTIST KALEY PEARSON RELEASES NEW EP

"STARS IN MY HEART"

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 15th, 2020) - Country songstress, Kaley Pearson releases her new EP, Stars in My Heart, available on all streaming platforms.

Regarding where she draws her song ideas from, Pearson says, “My inspiration comes from day-to-day things I’m dealing with – current events, social issues and topics that others deal with, or just what I’m feeling at the time.” This is apparent through lyrics carefully steeped in reality found on the EP and her previous work.

At only sixteen, Pearson has played multiple stages that even seasoned artists would struggle to reach such as Bluebird Café and Third and Lindsley. Though she is young, she has already caught the eye of the industry and is rapidly growing her fanbase. Pearson is the winner of various accolades such as a TN Music’s Album of the Year and TCGMA’s Female Singer of the Year.

Kaley Pearson is no newbie to the Nashville entertainment scene. Amidst the talented new crop of artists on the rise, this young performer has the unique advantage of being a contending vocal powerhouse, with a voice being described as “a mixture of a young Bonnie Raitt and Alison Krauss rolled into one.”

A seasoned entertainer, her accolades include a TN Music Award for Album of the Year, a TCGMA Award for Female Singer of the Year, as well as two Josie Awards for Young Female Singer of the Year and Youth Singer of the Year. Kaley has also had extensive venue performances under her belt, including the Nashville’s famed Bluebird Café, Third and Lindsley, Hard Rock Memphis, Opry Mills Nashville, and Tin Roof.

Identifying as a independent artist, her influences range everywhere from Kelsea Ballerini to Pink, from Charlie Puth to Lewis Capaldi. At 16, Kaley’s music doesn’t walk in the lines common for girls her age, “I am a young artist who sings and writes about important social issues.” Her passion for sharing her distinctive perspective with the world is apparent through her already-released music.

Kaley Pearson recorded her first self-written album, “Perfectly Imperfect”, at age 12. Her melodies are catchy and sing-able, lyrics are reflective of a writer much older than her age would suggest, allowing her vulnerability to come out in the writing room.

Kaley’s had opportunities to work with artists who’ve helped hone her sound and solidify her as a rising talent. “My inspiration comes from day-to-day things I’m dealing with – current events, social issues and topics that others deal with, or just what I’m feeling at the time.”

This realness is one of the major factors that draw Kaley’s fan-base to her songs. She is cultivating a solid social media following, one that has expressed excitement about her 2020 plans, which include the release of a brand new EP, “Stars In My Heart”.

“I have just finished vocals [on the EP],” she affirms, the announcement of the release pending on her website www.kaleypearsonmusic.com. With plans for new music, new songwriting sessions, and touring in her future, Kaley Pearson is carving out her place in the new wave of country music talent knocking on doors on Music Row.
